Catharsis of the Soul (Morphic Field)
Throughout life, at different times, everyone cries for many different reasons. Although we often associate crying with sadness, we all notice that we feel better afterwards. Holding back tears can actually increase stress, tension, weaken the immune system, and keep the body in a fight or flight mode. Crying releases stress hormones, triggers the release of endorphins and oxytocin, and helps your body relax again. People are often afraid to cry or may even hold back their tears on purpose but it is actually deeply restorative and returns your body to balance. It is not an act of weakness but a balancing act that flushes the bad away, restores balance, and activates the nervous system so that it can process distressing things instead of holding onto them. Crying even has a detoxifying effect.
Throughout our lives, there are times when we experience distressing and unfortunate events and this is an important factor in how we process them. However, this is not our only life. We are not just the physical body and we are not just our current circumstances. We have lived countless lives before. In every life, you weren't the same person but your soul was the same. It is only natural that throughout these lives, we have also experienced distressing and unfortunate events at times. Just like we may not have fully healed from things that happened in this life, the same is true for past lives.
When we do not release and flush these things they remain and over time, though they are still present, they have gone beneath our perception. When this happens, they can affect us without us even knowing. They may manifest as patterns, fears, certain behaviors, and deep-rooted blockages that we've never even considered. These are sometimes called Samskaras or imprints and they arise from every event. Samskaras do not only come from negative experiences because they come from every action, intent and experience so they are not always negative but together, samskaras influence how we act, perceive ourself and others, our inclinations, and so many other important things about us.
Just as we do not remember every bad thing that happened to us, we also fail to remember every negative event from our past lives but these can both affect us. Every event we hold onto, even if we do so unknowingly, hinders our realization of our true self because we are holding onto a memory where we identify with a specific state.
Catharsis is the way that we can release, let go and finally move past. This morphic field brings out a deep catharsis from your soul through which you're able to process and release all the pain and suffering that you still hold onto through it. It brings about deep catharsis relating to this life so that you can let go of everything you've been holding onto, and it brings about catharsis from past lives so that you can move on from them and let go of the influence they hold over you. This catharsis will release the samskaras, traumas, stress, bad habits, blockages and issues that you've been holding onto for far too long.
This catharsis will feel like all the weight is taken off from you, and it will be very relieving. This catharsis will happen through crying, and this heartfelt cry of the soul will finally help you let go of all the burdens. This process can be exhausting, so please be gentle with it and be kind to yourself. You may not experience crying at first if you have deeply repressed emotions and often avoid doing so, but with time this field will help your body feel comfortable and safe enough to let go of them. This field will help you release the burdens from yourself as you are now and your soul so that they may heal.
