Kinetic Swimming (Morphic Field)
This morphic field is designed to faithfully simulate and replicate the effects of swimming for you and your body.
Swimming is a true full-body workout that engages almost every muscle in your body. It builds and strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, and improves overall health while providing a cardiovascular workout that also tones and grows the muscles. It significantly improves cardiovascular health by strengthening the heart, lowering blood pressure, helping manage blood sugar levels and reducing risk of cardiovascular disease. Respiratory function is also improved as swimming enhances lung capacity, efficiency and breathing.
Swimming improves posture, breathing, endurance and muscle mass. Unlike intensive weight training, swimming has low impact on the joints and can even help rehabilitate them. It is even capable of reducing symptoms of arthritis and relieving bodily tightness and stiffness.
Swimming is able to support healthy aging, promote longevity and improve not only cognitive function but mental health too, sometimes being called a "moving medidtation" because it can provide significant benefits commonly associated with meditation. It promotes mindfulness and can help in relieving stresses and worries.
Swimming has even more benefits, and listening to this field simulates an intensive swimming session, aiming to provide you with them all. It simulates a full intensive swim session on the physiological level, providing you with an automatic and comprehensive workout. This is designed to be intensive but manageable. This field is adaptive and will provide you a uniquely intensive workout based on what would be best for you. This allows you to experience a swim session that is intensive but still safe for you, based on your own current fitness level and state. This also means that with time, the workout that you get will become more intensive as your fitness improves.
This field also aims to teach your body how to swim if you do not know how already. It also gets rid of all negative cellular memories and epigenetic traumas related to swimming that may prevent you from being able to do so.
Because this workout is intensive, please make sure to stay hydrated and avoid overusing it.
